When will my order ship?
Upon placing your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipment time. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note that the tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and successfully processed it through their system.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed through USPS Priority Mail.
Returns
How can I make a return?
We accept returns for items in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 days of purchase (excluding weekends and national holidays). To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at apparel.only1@gmail.com.
Once a return label is issued, it must be brought to USPS within 14 days. For defective or incorrect items, a prepaid return label will be provided, and you won't incur any shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for items damaged, worn, or altered. If a returned item cannot be resold, we'll notify you.
